James Communication, Inc. (JCI), a member of the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI), has been in the telecommunications industry since 1991. In June of 2006 JCI was purchased by TWD, an Information Technology System Integrator specializing in secure voice, video, and data systems supporting government customers (www.twd.com). JCI operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of TWD. This merger allows TWD and JCI to offer its customers a full range of information technology integration services.

Headquartered in Beltsville, Maryland, JCI provides engineering services for the entire Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area as well as nationwide telecommunications system maintenance and structured cable installation for the various government agencies.

JCI currently employs a staff of highly qualified, licensed technicians. Among these are experienced former AT&T, Bell Atlantic and Verizon technicians and managers. In addition the JCI staff includes RCDD's as well as several BICSI certified telecommunication technicians.

JCI has a warehouse facility located at their headquarters in Beltsville.   This secure facility provides a convenient material storage location for all active projects located in the Washington/Baltimore Metropolitan area.   Warehouse personnel stage delivery of materials to match project timelines using the established material check out process for accountability and controls.
