Various installations and services associated with the DHHS 52,000 terminal 5 ESS/ISDN county-wide communication system, which includes: turn-key video, telephone and voice mail systems with on-going support services, as well as LAN/WAN network infrastructure, requirements analysis, network design, implementation, documentation, and testing, fiber optic and copper cable systems including outside plant, riser, backbone and horizontal distribution systems, splice equipment/vehicles and emergency repairs. Installation and maintenance of telephone and LAN equipment. Help Desk, trouble reporting, diagnosis, and dispatching. Building infrastructure design, installation, testing, and documentation.  

Services for various agencies include the design, installation, termination or splicing and testing of airblown fiber optic cable, conventional fiber optic cable, category 5e & 6 copper cable, and high count copper cable for the implementation of outside plant, riser, backbone and horizontal distribution systems.  Also included is the design and installation of indoor and outdoor conduit pathways, panduit, cabletray, and innerduct raceway systems.  On-call troubleshooting and emergency repair of communication cabling and conduit pathway systems.  AutoCAD and Visio documentation of as-builts are created or modified on existing customer drawings.  Services include installation through Asbestos/hazmat contaminated work areas.

Services for various locations within NCR include the design, installation, termination and testing of conventional fiber optic cable, category 5e & 6 copper cable, and high count copper cable for the implementation of riser, backbone and horizontal distribution systems.  Also included are standing up PBX's as well as LAN "A" and LAN "B" installations using Red/Black Installation, Tempest 2/95" and DHS CTTA Standard .   As part of this installation, we have provided GPR, X-Rays, Coring, Conduits, and various types of cable support pathways.   AutoCAD and Visio diagrams and documentation of " as-builts " are created, modified, and re-produced on existing customer drawings. Hard and softcopies are provided for records and standards keeping.
